What You’ll Do:

• Set up and operate CNC laser cutting machines to produce components to exact specifications.
• Interpret technical drawings and job sheets to ensure accurate machine programming.
• Conduct regular quality checks and make necessary adjustments to ensure precision.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on laser equipment.
• Work collaboratively with production, quality, and maintenance teams.
• Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization on the shop floor.

 
What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Laser Operator/Setter (Trumpf, Bystronic, or similar preferred).
• Strong understanding of technical drawings and production documentation.
• Ability to work independently on a rotating shift schedule.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Flexibility and reliability with a strong work ethic.
