We are seeking a skilled and motivated Structural Fabricator to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating and assembling structural steel components for various construction projects, including buildings, bridges, and industrial frameworks.
 
Responsibilities:

• Fabricating structural steel components from technical drawings and blueprints.
• Cutting, shaping, and assembling metal materials using various tools and techniques.
• MIG, TIG, and Arc welding to precise specifications.
• Operating heavy machinery such as saws, grinders, and hydraulic presses.
• Ensuring all work meets quality control and safety standards.
• Collaborating with engineers, designers, and other fabricators to complete projects efficiently.
• Conducting inspections and maintenance of fabrication tools and equipment.

 
What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in structural steel fabrication.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and CAD drawings.
• Proficiency in welding and metalwork (MIG, TIG, Arc, and Plasma cutting experience preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and precision in fabrication and assembly.
• Familiarity with industry safety standards and best practices.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in a physically demanding environment.
• A proactive, problem-solving attitude with excellent teamwork skills.
