We are currently recruiting Production Operative to join a growing team in Dudley. This is a crucial role within the business, responsible for manufacturing formulations to meet production targets while maintaining high safety and quality standards.
 
What You'll Do:

• Weigh materials following specific requirements.
• Operate and maintain mixing and blending equipment.
• Work to a structured daily production plan.
• Accurately record data and manufacturing processes.
• Adhere to all quality and safety regulations.
• Participate in Health & Safety meetings and toolbox talks.
• Manual handling. 

 
What We're Looking For:

• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Organised with a proactive approach.
• Forklift truck (Counterbalance) license is desirable – training can be provided!
• Experience in a manufacturing or process industry is a plus.
