Role: 1st/2nd Line Support
Location: Amsterdam (Hybrid – 3 Days In-Office Weekly)
Salary: €50,000 - €58,000
Duration: 12 Month Fixed-Term
Network IT are looking for an exceptional 1st/2nd Line Support specialist to join an excellent organisation who are on a mission to make critical, fundamental change within significant organisations to improve their climate footprint.
Our client has a small, close-knit IT team to which they provide 1st/2nd Line Support to their users. They are looking for an experienced individual who has the right attitude with fantastic experience in a 1st/2nd line role who will be given great development/learning opportunities.
Responsibilities
  • Support onboarding and resolve non-remote hardware issues.
  • Provide second-line support for complex software and hardware problems.
  • Diagnose root causes and implement long-term solutions.
  • Log tickets with clear troubleshooting and resolution details.
  • Work with internal and external teams to streamline support.
  • Assist in testing software updates and new features.
  • Deliver excellent customer service under pressure.
Experience
  • Skilled in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of Azure services, including Azure Active Directory, Role Based Access Control, and Azure Security Centre.
  • Experienced in licence management and software provisioning.
  • Familiar with MDM solutions for managing mobile devices.
  • Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and in team settings under pressure.
  • Relevant certifications highly desirable (CompTIA, Microsoft or ITIL)
