Sales Executive

This is an excellent opportunity for you to be part of a team of consultants who will handle all new business enquiries, providing quotations for customers insurance needs. Based in Northampton, you will be part of a phone-based team working across both inbound telephone calls and outbound calls to customers who have requested contact via e-commerce sites or email. 

You will be confident, positive and have an outgoing personality. You will have ideally worked in an Insurance environment and ideally some experience of selling. You will be provided full training on products and systems, and we welcome applicants from all backgrounds.

The role will be based onsite in Northampton working Monday - Friday 9am – 5.30pm & a Saturday 9am - 1pm (Saturday’s you will be required to work 1 Saturday in 4).

Starting Base Salary of £24,000-£28,000 (Dependent on experience)
Unlimited monthly bonus scheme with an OTE increase by approx. £6,000.
25 Days Holiday (Plus Bank Holidays) rising to 30 days based on service.
