Cactus Search are delighted to be supporting a client as they go through a transitional period of growth meaning they require a Pensions Payroll Transition Lead on a 6-month fixed term contract.

The Pensions Payroll Transition Lead will be responsible for leading the payroll testing and transition within the payroll workstreams for new client onboarding as well as other payroll change.

What we need you to have…

• Strong payroll and payroll processing experience
• Experience in payroll user acceptance testing
• Strong customer care skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
• Ability to compare large volume payroll outputs via Excel
• Strong diagnostic, analytical and process skills
• Experience of Pensions Payroll would be highly advantageous but not essential
