Job Description
The HRBP is both strategic and hands-on and will require a versatile professional who can shape and executive the people strategy while maintaining day to day HR operations.
Reporting to the CEO this is a crucial role in the growth of the business and is critical for driving organisational growth, developing a positive work culture and ensuring operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and SLT on all HR matters, contributing to strategic planning and decision-making.
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company’s goals, ensuring sustainable growth and operational efficiency.
- Partner with SLT to build a high-performing and collaborative culture that reflects the company’s values.
- Manage and oversee day-to-day HR processes for all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations.
- Actively participate in HR processes and provide hands-on support to employees and managers.
- Maintain and update HR systems, ensuring accurate employee records and reporting.
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle, ensuring the recruitment of top talent and their professional growth.
- Shape, develop and implement training and development programs to build employee skills and leadership capabilities.
- Support performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and appraisals.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Mediate and resolve employee relations issues, ensuring alignment with company policies and employment law.
- Monitor and report on HR metrics to track progress and inform decision-making.
- Partner with leadership to design organizational structures that support business growth and agility.
- Lead and support change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions during company growth or restructuring.
