Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic team player to join our dynamic manufacturing division as a Sales Administrator. Our division is known for producing high-quality laboratory equipment, devices, and consumables used globally to test various consumer products. This is a full-time, office-based position.
Responsibilities:
As a Sales Administrator, your duties will include:
• Efficiently managing customer communications
• Processing sales returns, freight, and courier services
• Assisting with other administrative and sales-related tasks as required
About You:
We are looking for candidates with:
• GCSEs in English Language and Maths (Grade C or equivalent)
• A proactive, "can-do" attitude
• Excellent organisational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Ability to work both independently and within a team
• Customer service experience (preferred)
• Previous experience in a manufacturing setting and supply chain systems
• Experience in sales administration or a similar role
• Familiarity with email ticketing systems
