Job Description
We are seeking reliable and professional Invigilators to support exam delivery at our Paisley Campus, working under the guidance of the Senior Invigilator.
Shifts available:
- Tuesday 9 December – 09:15 to 13:15
- Tuesday 16 December – 09:15 to 13:15
Contract: Ad-hoc shifts
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in setting up the exam room and preparing materials.
- Welcome candidates and ensure they understand exam rules and procedures.
- Supervise the exam room to maintain a quiet, compliant environment.
- Monitor candidates throughout the exam and report any irregularities.
- Support candidates with additional needs as directed by the Senior Invigilator.
- Collect, count and securely return exam materials.
- Previous invigilating experience is required.
- Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
- Calm, professional and able to follow instructions accurately.
