Account Manager - Aylesbury

Pertemps Aylesbury is currently recruiting for an Account Manager for our client based in Aylesbury.

Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 (DOE)

Hours: 9 am-5 pm

Hybrid - 2 days working from home

Duties:

- Act as one of the main points of contact for the management team, reporting any updates to the correct department.
- Manage the roster, ensuring all future absences and holidays are covered within good time, making sure all roles are always covered. 
- Carrying out routine client visits to get an understanding of how the client works and their requirements to enhance client relationships.
- Working closely with the clients to arrange induction of new starters and managing the shadowing programme.
- Ensuring all notes and updates are recorded correctly on the company's internal system
- Assigning new and existing staff in respect of their responsibilities 
- Managing staff contracts and encouraging extensions 
- Liaise, coordinate and communicate with the staffing team by telephone and email.
- Carrying out interviews with 
- Participate in the out-of-hours call systems, dealing with emergencies out of hours and reporting to the senior team. (rota basis) 

Requirements:

- Previous experience in managing clients/projects/people 
- Process driven but able to think outside the box
- Have great attention to detail 
- Able to problem solve
