Warehouse Operative

Location: Droitwich, Worcestershire
Hours: Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM; Friday: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM (37.5 hours per week)
Salary: £12.30 - £14.36 per hour, depending on experience
Contract: Temp - Perm

Pertemps are recruiting a Warehouse Operative on behalf of a leading manufacturer based in Droitwich. This successful candidate will hold a valid FLT licence and have previous experience working within a warehouse

The Duties of a Warehouse Operative:

• Loading and unloading heavy goods; candidates must be capable of heavy lifting
• Verifying delivery notes and maintaining accurate records
• Organising and managing warehouse inventory with a high attention to detail
• Utilising SAP systems for inventory and logistics management
• Assisting in assembly and workshop tasks during quieter warehouse periods

The Requirements of a Warehouse Operative:

• Valid FLT Counterbalance licence is essential
• FLT Bendi licence is desirable
• Experience with SAP systems is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks

Bonuses:

• Quarterly KPI bonuses up to £250
• Monthly bonuses of £100 when the company meets budget targets
