Location: Worcester, Worcestershire
Salary: £21,000 (with £30,000 OTE)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (with occasional Saturday shifts)

Our client, a highly regarded independent estate agency, is expanding and seeking a dedicated Sales Negotiator to join their professional and friendly team in Worcester. Key Responsibilities:

• Build rapport with buyers and sellers, understanding their needs and providing expert guidance throughout the sales process.
• Conduct property viewings and provide clients with detailed information, ensuring properties are presented in the best possible light.
• Manage negotiations between buyers and sellers, working to secure the best deals for all parties involved.
• Assist in preparing property listings, ensuring accuracy and appeal for maximum visibility.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth sales progression, addressing any issues proactively.
• Work to meet individual and team sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the business.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in property sales or customer service is preferred, but we're open to those with strong sales experience.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
• Target-driven, proactive, and enthusiastic with a passion for achieving results.
• A full UK driving licence, as property viewings will be part of the role.
• A positive and motivated individual, eager to learn and develop within the industry.
