We're working on behalf of a business in Billingshurst that's looking for a Sales Coordinator to join their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with excellent customer service skills who's eager to learn and develop within a growing company. You don't need to have a background in sales - just the right attitude, confidence, and willingness to get stuck in.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Point of contact for clients, handling enquiries, updates, and pricing information
  • Preparing quotes based on customer specifications & following up to convert into sales order
  • Managing the order process from enquiry to delivery, processing onto inhouse CRM
  • Liaising with internal teams to get updates on order progress & inform customers
  • Providing aftercare support, ensuring customers are satisfied with order & handling any issues
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business

About You:
  • A confident communicator with great customer service skills
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and keen to learn
  • Previous sales experience is ideal, but not essential
  • Comfortable using computers and picking up new systems
  • Full UK driving licence required
