Job Description

We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established company in Chessington who are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Office & Accounts Assistant to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone eager to break into an office-based role & gain practical experience - without the pressure of chasing a full-on finance career.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Code & input sales & purchase ledger invoices
  • Process Engineers' timesheets
  • Produce Sales Invoices onto Excel & upload onto client portals
  • Keep accounting records up to date & maintain all relevant information on CRM
  • Provide general administration support to the accounts team

About You:
  • Must be confident on the phone and have a polite, professional manner
  • Strong Excel skills and enjoy working with data is essential
  • You may be a bright school leaver, college leaver, or someone with office experience seeking a stable, Monday-Friday role
  • Must be organised & willing to learn with good attention to detail
