Job Description
This is an exciting and varied customer-facing role where day to day you will be resolving customer network challenges to ensure minimal disruption to customer supply. You will be meeting and helping different people every day, working on a variety of projects ensuring that the best service is given to our customers.
- Base Location: North London - Deephams, Enfield, N9 0BA.
- Working Pattern: Night Shifts (Monday-Sunday) 20:00-06:30, however, you
will be required to work day shifts (Monday–Thursday) for the training period of 6 months. - Full UK Driving License Required.
- Taking personal ownership of customer queries and responding to and resolving issues at their homes or places of work.
- Collaborating with contractors to do planned and unplanned work and investigating clean water networks to resolve poor performance including high or low pressure, leakage, metering queries and loss of supply out in the field.
- You will also help control burst mains ensuring isolation to facilitate planned work, emergency repairs and maintenance.
- Looking after valve operations and water sampling and valve checks and planning.
- As the role involves driving daily, the ideal candidate will hold a full UK driving licence and be happy to drive between jobs.
- Previous experience in a similar role or utilities based environment.
- Having a basic knowledge of domestic plumbing or water mains and leakage would be advantageous but not essential as full training is provided.

- Offering a salary up to £38,000 per annum depending on skills and experience
- This role also comes with a van + a fuel card
- Annual Leave: 24 days holiday per year increasing to 28 with the length of service (plus bank holidays)
- Pension: Maximum of 12% = 2x employee contribution
- Performance Related Pay Plan (PRPP): Max (of salary) = 6%. On Target (of salary) = 3%.
