What you’ll be doing as a Scheduler
As a Scheduler, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating and optimising schedules that directly impact customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
You’ll be responsible for scheduling all types of Developer Services work for our Field Engineers. Being the Scheduler, each job requirement should be scheduled to our Engineers effectively, providing them with full detailed information regarding the job and taking into consideration the least travel times to ensure we meet customer expectations and our published SLAs.
Responsibilities include:
Base Location: Hybrid - Reading. (Clearwater Court)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, between the hours of 8 am to 5 pm – Required to be in the office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Responsibilities include:
- Provide excellent customer service via phone and email.
- Managing your Geographical area.
- Schedule all types of developer services work within the published SLAs.
- Liaise with field engineers and many other members of the Thames Water community.
- Contribute to team success, by learning and demonstrating Thames Water values, sharing knowledge and best practice.
- Carry out accurate work complying with company processes and regulatory requirements to agreed performance targets.
- Identify opportunities to change processes to improve the customer journey.

What you should bring to the role
- Excellent Customer Service.
- Productivity and Organisational skills.
- Computer Proficiency.
- Attention to Detail.

- Ability to work under pressure.
- Quick Learner.
- Knowledge of CRM and ECC.
- Geographical knowledge of SAP/CRM is desirable.
