Operations Manager/Site Manager

Operations Manager/Site Manager - Aylesbury - Automotive/Body shop Industry 

Pertemps Aylesbury is currently  recruiting for an experienced Ops/Site Manager for our client based in Aylesbury the ideal candidate will run the Aylesbury site and leading daily operations. 

Salary: £45,5000 - £50,000 (DOE) + Bonuses 

Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-6pm & 1 in 3 Saturdays 8am-1pm 

Key Duties:

• Carrying out daily meetings with staffing to ensure all works have been distributed to the workshops
• Overseeing all repair processes, ensuring timely completion, high quality and adherence to schedules
• Monitoring budgets, controlling material costs, driving sales, and ensuring profitability.
• Managing, training and motivating all staff, carrying out quarterly meetings 
• Maintaining high standards, ensuring health & safety, and meeting industry regulations.

Requirements:

• Strong background in Repairs and Body shop Management
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Experience with performance metrics, budgeting, and financial management
