Marketing Coordinator – Digital & General Marketing Specialist
Location: Plympton, UK
Hours: 8:00am – 4:15pm, Monday to Friday
Salary: £26,000 - £27,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent

Pertemps is proud to be recruiting on behalf of our client for an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator who specialises in digital marketing. If you're passionate about crafting innovative strategies that boost brand awareness, engagement, and conversions, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do:
Digital Marketing:

• Develop and execute paid search campaigns on Google AdWords and Microsoft Ads
• Conduct keyword research and A/B testing to refine ad copy and bidding strategies
• Monitor competitor activity and adjust budgets and bids to maximise ROI
• Optimise web content and implement SEO strategies using tools like Google Search Console
• Manage MailChimp campaigns and update online materials

General Marketing:

• Provide day-to-day support to the Marketing Manager and other teams
• Assist in developing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
• Maintain customer databases and proofread copy for various platforms
• Collaborate with the Brand Lead to ensure consistent messaging
• Stay current with industry best practices and marketing trends

You’ll also be the friendly face ensuring our clients receive a professional, caring, and engaging service at all times.

What We're Looking For:

• A media, marketing, or business-related qualification (or working towards one)
• At least 2 years' experience in a marketing or business-related role
• Hands-on experience with Google AdWords, SEO, and e-marketing tools like MailChimp
• Strong attention to detail, with excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, Planner)
• Knowledge of Adobe suites is a bonus but not essential
• Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to challenging situations
• A collaborative team player with a proactive, can-do attitude
