Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a high-performing team, providing coaching and regular one-to-ones.
- Ensure outstanding customer service by anticipating client needs and exceeding expectations.
- Identify and drive business growth opportunities, including up-selling and cross-selling services.
- Manage key relationships, booking service reviews and supporting consultancy work.
- Oversee administrative tasks, including updating CRM records, processing bookings, and generating reports.
- Proven experience in a leadership role, with the ability to coach and develop a team.
- Strong customer service and sales skills, with a track record of growing client accounts.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Knowledge of Health & Safety and HR processes would be an advantage.
