Job Description

Are you an experienced leader with a passion for customer service, business development, and building strong relationships? We are recruiting a Membership & Consultancy Success Lead to manage a team supporting members across Health & Safety, Employment Law, and ISO services.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team, providing coaching and regular one-to-ones.
  • Ensure outstanding customer service by anticipating client needs and exceeding expectations.
  • Identify and drive business growth opportunities, including up-selling and cross-selling services.
  • Manage key relationships, booking service reviews and supporting consultancy work.
  • Oversee administrative tasks, including updating CRM records, processing bookings, and generating reports.
What We Are Looking For:
  • Proven experience in a leadership role, with the ability to coach and develop a team.
  • Strong customer service and sales skills, with a track record of growing client accounts.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety and HR processes would be an advantage.
