Recruitment Administrator

With Investors in People Gold status and a proud history dating back to 1961, we’re looking for a motivated Recruitment Administrator to join our branch on an ongoing temporary contract.



As a Recruitment Administrator, you will:

    • Support with administrative tasks

    • Support managing stakeholder relationships

    • Learn how to source and attract candidates through advertising and search methods

    • Interviewing candidates and preparing them for the team to present them to clients

    • Answering calls and dealing with queries as required

    • Work closely with experienced consultants who will mentor and support your development

    • Strong organisational skills

    • Willingness to learn and develop

    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and capable of multi-tasking






The Recruitment Administrator role:


    • Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5pm with a 4.30pm finish on Friday

    • £13 - £14 per hour  depending on experience

    • Ongoing temporary assignment with a leading recruitment company
