Job Description

With Investors in People Gold status and a proud history dating back to 1961, we’re looking for a motivated Recruitment Administrator to join our branch on an ongoing temporary contract.
As a Recruitment Administrator, you will:
- Support with administrative tasks
- Support managing stakeholder relationships
- Learn how to source and attract candidates through advertising and search methods
- Interviewing candidates and preparing them for the team to present them to clients
- Answering calls and dealing with queries as required
- Work closely with experienced consultants who will mentor and support your development

- A background in a customer-related role
- A confident communicator with a positive, can-do attitude
- Strong organisational skills
- Ambition, resilience and a genuine drive to succeed
- Willingness to learn and develop
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and capable of multi-tasking
The Recruitment Administrator role:
- Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5pm with a 4.30pm finish on Friday
- £13 - £14 per hour depending on experience
- Ongoing temporary assignment with a leading recruitment company
