We’re recruiting Traffic Marshalls / Car Park Operatives / Car Park Attendants for a temporary position in Shoreham. If you’re reliable, safety-focused, and enjoy working outdoors, this could be a great short-term opportunity.

About the Role
  • Location: Shoreham
  • Contract Type: Temporary (13th - 24th December 2025)
  • Pay Rate: £12.60 per hour
  • Working Pattern: Includes weekends; outdoor work essential
  • Hours: Start between 08:00 - 09:00, finish 20:00

Key Responsibilities 
  • Safely direct and control vehicle movements within your designated area
  • Ensure pedestrian safety at all times
  • Follow and enforce site traffic management plans
  • Communicate clearly with staff, visitors, and customers
  • Report hazards, incidents, or unsafe behaviour immediately
  • Support general site operations when needed

Requirements 
  • Strong communication skills
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
  • Flexible and able to work weekends as part of the rota
