Job Title: Yard Operative

Salary: £12.00 phr
Working: Monday - Friday

We are looking for dedicated and hardworking labourers to join our team. As a Yard Operative, you will support our client in performing general labour duties to ensure a safe working enviroment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and clearing of work sites.
• Handle materials, tools, and equipment.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Maintain a clean and organised job site.
• Assist tradesmen and other skilled workers as needed.
• Perform other duties as required.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Good physical fitness and stamina.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
