Job Title: Leadership and Management Trainer/Coach
Location: Remote (with on-site delivery once per month)
Salary: £35,000–£38,000 + Bonus
Holidays: 25 days + bank holidays
About the RoleJoin a thriving, Ofsted-rated "Good" training provider as a Leadership and Management Trainer/Coach. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting learners remotely and in the workplace while contributing to the ongoing success and innovation of training programmes.
Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Level 3 Team Leader/Supervisor Apprenticeship Programmes through a blend of remote (90%) and occasional face-to-face sessions.
  • Coach and mentor learners enrolled in the Level 5 Operational Department Manager Apprenticeship, supporting them from induction to End Point Assessment (EPA).
  • Facilitate engaging workshops and provide individual coaching to ensure learners stay motivated and on track.
  • Create tailored learning plans that align with the learners' roles and programme requirements.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to develop, refine, and enhance delivery models and training programmes.
  • Maintain regular contact with learners, monitor progress, address challenges, and provide actionable feedback to foster success.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and funding regulations.
  • Support the delivery of Functional Skills Maths and English as part of the learning journey.
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience
  • Proven experience delivering Level 5 Leadership and Management Apprenticeship Programmes.
  • A Level 5 Management qualification and strong vocational experience in management are highly desirable.
  • Experience in both face-to-face and remote delivery, including coaching and mentoring.
  • A hands-on, learner-focused approach, with the ability to inspire and engage through workshops and one-on-one sessions.
  • Relevant teaching qualifications such as PTLLS or Award in Education and Training (AET) are required, and an assessor qualification is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication, organisational, and time-management skills, with the ability to adapt to individual learner needs.
  • A collaborative, innovative mindset with a commitment to driving learner success.
