Customer Support Agent - 12-Month FTC (Potential to Go Permanent)
Salary: Up to £35,000 + Benefits
Location: Office-based with hybrid working (1 day WFH after induction)
Hours: 37.5 per week, 08:30–16:30

We are seeking a Customer Support Agent to join a well established global organisation within their UK-based Customer Relations function.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a newly restructured team, focused on enhancing processes and delivering excellent service to customers.


The Role:


Be the first point of contact for existing customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate support across multiple channels.

Prepare quotations, proposals, and reports using Salesforce, SAP, and Microsoft Office tools.

Support technical sales activities, offering tailored aftercare solutions such as spares parts, warranties, and training.

Work closely with consultants and account managers to manage the opportunity pipeline.

Collaborate with internal teams and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.



The Ideal Candidate:


Background in administration, customer support, or order processing, ideally within a manufacturing environment.

Experience in a similar customer facing or order processing role.

Confident communicator via phone and email with strong stakeholder management skills.

Proficient in SAP or similar ERP systems and Microsoft Office.

Highly organised, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities.
