The Role

As Finance Analyst, you will play a key part in delivering accurate and insightful financial reporting, analysis, and decision support. You’ll need to be confident working with complex data, challenging assumptions, and contributing to business-critical decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and present financial performance reports for global stakeholders
• Analyse and consolidate large volumes of financial data using advanced Excel
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting activities
• Deliver weekly cost variance analysis and support month-end processes
• Drive financial insight through robust data analysis and reporting
• Maintain and improve financial models to support operational and project decision-making
• Build effective relationships with operational teams to ensure reporting accuracy
• Support audit, stock classification and bid activities as required

What We’re Looking For

• Part-qualified accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA) or qualified by experience
• Previous experience in a finance or accounting role (ideally in a large or complex environment)
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, advanced formulas essential)
• Confident working with ERP systems (SAP experience beneficial)
• Commercially aware with a proactive, analytical mindset
• Comfortable challenging figures and influencing decision-making
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
