Package: £40,000-£50,000 DOE, Bonus + Company Car

Pertemps are recruiting a Business Development Manager with an entrepreneurial spirit to join our South Lanarkshire based client. The ideal candidate will have experience in a print/packaging environment and have an understanding of networking/selling into high end premium brands.

The Role:

• Lead business development efforts to expand your division.

• A proven background in Sales/Business Development
• Experience in luxury goods/packaging
• Passionate about premium, international brands
• Strong drive to build connections and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• A proactive and strategic thinker, able to plan, prioritise, and handle multiple projects efficiently.
• Skilled communicator
• Strong ability to present ideas clearly
