THE ROLE:
A fabulous opportunity has arisen for an experienced Employment Solicitor to join a specialist employment law practice in London. The firm advises both employers and employees across the full spectrum of employment law matters, covering a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious work.

The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload including disciplinary and grievance matters, discrimination and unfair dismissal claims, settlement agreements, redundancy and restructuring advice, restrictive covenants and Employment Tribunal litigation. The role offers high levels of autonomy together with the opportunity to play a key role in the continued growth and development of the practice.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor looking to join a boutique environment where quality of work, flexibility and client relationships are genuinely valued.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from Employment Solicitors with at least five years’ PQE and solid experience across a broad range of employment law matters. Candidates should be confident managing their own caseload and building strong client relationships.

You will possess excellent communication skills, strong technical ability and a commercial, pragmatic approach to advising clients. Previous experience advising both employers and employees would be advantageous, although candidates with a predominantly respondent or claimant background will also be considered.

SALARY & BENEFITS:
Salary £75,000 - £80,000 DOE together with an attractive bonus structure and strong earning potential.
