Construction Solicitor / 1-3 PQE / Leeds / £75,000 DOE / A well established regional law firm is seeking to appoint a Construction Solicitor to join its thriving non-contentious construction team in Leeds. OVERVIEW:
• Work closely with experienced Fee Earners on a varied caseload of non-contentious construction matters
• Gain exposure to high-value regional and national development and construction projects
• Advise and support a diverse client base including developers, contractors and commercial organisations
• Collaborate with colleagues across other practice areas, including commercial property
• Benefit from a supportive and development-focused environment with opportunities to build technical expertise and get involved in business development initiatives
• Solicitor with approximately 1–3 years’ PQE and experience in non-contentious construction matters
• Strong understanding of core construction law principles with a genuine interest in developing within this area
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with confidence when dealing with clients and colleagues
• Collaborative, organised and capable of managing competing priorities effectively
