Residential Conveyancing Solicitor / Conveyancer | NQ-3 | Shropshire | Hybrid Working

A well established Shropshire law firm is looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancing caseworker to join its busy and supportive property team. You’ll be joining a stable team with low turnover, working closely with the Head of Department and benefiting from good levels of support.

The Role
• Managing residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion
• Handling your own caseload with paralegal support
• High level of client facing work
• Opportunity to expand your responsibilities as the team grows

About You
• Qualified as a: Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer
• A few years’ post qualification experience in residential conveyancing
• Confident running files end to end with minimal supervision
• Comfortable dealing directly with clients and third parties
• Looking for long term progression within a stable firm

Salary & Benefits
• Salary up to £50,000, depending on experience
• Achievable bonus structure based on billing above target
• Hybrid working, with the role based from the firm’s Telford offices
• Supportive team environment with low staff turnover
