LOCATION: Lancashire
SALARY: £40,000 (DOE)

THE ROLE:
A well established firm is looking to appoint an experienced Solicitor or Fee Earner to manage a caseload of Noise Induced Hearing Loss claims. You will take full responsibility for your matters from initial instruction through to resolution, whether by settlement or litigation. The role will involve advising clients throughout the lifecycle of their claims, ensuring a high standard of client care at all times. You will work closely with medical experts and other professionals to support the progression of cases and achieve the best possible outcomes. The position will also require the preparation of key legal documentation, including letters of claim, pleadings and settlement agreements, while ensuring that all matters are progressed efficiently and in line with agreed deadlines and targets.

THE CANDIDATE:
You will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience handling noise induced hearing loss matters and will demonstrate a strong understanding of both the legal and medical aspects of such claims. Attention to detail is essential, as is the ability to work effectively within a busy and fast-paced environment. Experience of dealing with Ministry of Defence-related claims would be advantageous, although this is not essential.
