Overview
A well-established firm is urgently seeking an experienced Locum Residential & Commercial Property Solicitor following the unexpected departure of a team member. The firm has reviewed several CVs to date but is yet to identify a suitably experienced candidate and is keen to move quickly.

The Role
The locum will manage a mixed caseload of approximately 70–80 files, with a 60/40 split between residential and commercial property matters. This is a senior-level assignment requiring someone confident running files independently and supporting the wider property team.

Key Responsibilities
• Managing residential and commercial property matters from instruction through to completion
• Providing day-to-day support and guidance to junior team members
• Ensuring continuity of service during a critical period for the team
• Maintaining high standards of client care and file management

Candidate Requirements
• Strong background in both residential and commercial property
• Comfortable handling a high-volume caseload
• Able to hit the ground running with minimal supervision
• Happy to work on-site as required to support the team
