Court of Protection Solicitor, 3+ Years PQE, Exeter, £competitive (DOE) – This is an exceptional opportunity to join a highly successful and growing regional law firm that continues to go from strength to strength within the sector. JOB REF:1942.

THE ROLE:
• A new opportunity has arisen for a Court of Protection Solicitor to join a leading regional law firm, offering long term career development opportunities.
• As part of their expanding team, you will play a key role in supporting clients and assisting a highly experienced Solicitor with a broad range of responsibilities.
• Your work will include preparing Court of Protection applications for the appointment of deputies, responding to client enquiries, supporting day-to-day financial administration, and preparing annual deputyship reports.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from solicitors or legal executives with a minimum of 3 Years PQE
• You will have hands-on experience in Financial Affairs Deputyships and Court of Protection matters relating to property and finance.
• A sympathetic, client-focused approach and the ability to deliver outstanding service are essential.
• It is essential that you have exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team.
