RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR/CONVEYANCER/LEGAL EXECUTIVE:
Applications are sought from Residential Property Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 5 Years PQE. You will manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions from initial instruction through to completion. You will have considerable experience in: Sales, Purchases, Remortgages, Shared ownership leases, Variation of leases, New build purchases, and Help to buy. It is essential that you have exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment. Genuine career progression on offer.
