Residential Conveyancing Paralegal, 2+ Years’ Experience, Nottinghamshire, £20K - £30K (DOE) – As a key member of the conveyancing team, you will play an integral role in supporting Solicitors within the department. THE ROLE:
The role involves preparing and issuing sale contract packs, managing the exchange of contracts and related documentation, and preparing and submitting SDLT returns. You will also handle Land Registry applications and post-completion matters, liaise with clients, Solicitors, and other third parties, and provide support to the wider team with both administrative and legal tasks as required.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in residential conveyancing and a strong knowledge of the full conveyancing process. They will possess excellent communication and organisational skills, be able to work independently as well as part of a team, and demonstrate a highly motivated, proactive, and professional approach.
