OVERVIEW:
• The appointed conveyancer will have 3+ years’ experience in residential conveyancing, dealing with various complexity caseload
• This role is suitable for a qualified solicitor or experienced legal executive
• Manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing transactions, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, and more complex matters such as developments and shared ownerships
• Provide expert legal advice, ensure excellent client service and build long-lasting relationships that encourage repeat business
• Work independently with minimal supervision while contributing to a supportive team environment and helping to develop junior colleagues
