•Responsibilities include managing a diverse residential conveyancing caseload, encompassing freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, shared ownership, right to buy, remortgages, transfers of equity, new builds, and Help to Buy shared equity transactions.

•The firm is seeking solicitors, legal executives, or licensed conveyancers with 6–10 years of experience in residential conveyancing and extensive knowledge of the conveyancing process and technical title issues.

•The appointed conveyancer will be able to demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills combined with exceptional levels of client care.
