Job Description

Residential Property Lawyer, 2–5 Years PQE, Hampshire / Hybrid, £Competitive – A new role for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licenced Conveyancer. JOB REF: 0735.

THE ROLE:
• As a Residential Property Lawyer, you will manage a varied caseload of transactions from instruction to completion.
• Handling sales, purchases, re-mortgages, lease extensions, and transfers of equity
• Conducting title checks and preparing all necessary legal documentation
• Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and solicitors to ensure smooth, timely completions
• Offering clear, practical legal advice with excellent client care
• Collaborating with the wider property team to enhance service delivery and efficiency

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Residential Property Solicitors, Legal Executives or Licenced Conveyancers with between 2–5 years PQE in residential conveyancing.
• Strong experience managing a caseload independently
• Solid understanding of the full conveyancing process
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• A proactive, detail-oriented and organised approach
