Residential Property Solicitor (Partner), 7+ Years PQE, South Wales, £85,000+ (DOE) – This is a unique opportunity to step into a key leadership role at a forward-thinking, fast-growing law firm — shaping the department’s future, mentoring a team of lawyers, and making a real, lasting impact. JOB REF: 0680.

THE ROLE:
• Manage a high-quality caseload with team support
• Lead, mentor, and develop a growing residential property team
• Drive business development, growing the practice and nurturing strong client and professional relationships
• Work collaboratively with the wider team to deliver excellent client service across sales, purchases, leases, refinancing, and bespoke residential transactions
• Integrate into the local business community — attend events, network and raise the firm's profile
• Demonstrate strong technical knowledge across a wide variety of residential and agricultural property work, including development and complex transactions

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Residential Property Solicitors with a minimum of 7 Years PQE.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• A passion for developing and mentoring others
• Excellent interpersonal and business development capabilities
• The ability to build new work and develop client relationships
