The appointed Solicitor will be given the opportunity to work with an impressive client base across a range of commercial sectors, managing a high-quality caseload of general commercial matters and corporate / M&A transactions.

• Applications are welcomes from qualified Solicitors with 5+ years’ PQE with prior experience managing a diverse caseload of Corporate & Commercial matters.

• You should possess strong technical expertise, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and your colleagues.
