OVERVIEW:
•Responsibilities include running a caseload across all areas of residential conveyancing
•The caseload includes freehold sales and purchase, leasehold sales and purchase, shared ownership, right to buy, remortgage, transfers of equity, newbuilds, and help to buy shared equity.
•The firm is looking for solicitors, legal executives or licenced conveyancers with 6-1o years’ experience in residential conveyancing
•Extensive knowledge in the conveyancing process and technical title issues
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Exceptional levels of client care
