OVERVIEW:
•Responsibilities involve overseeing claims from inception to settlement, handling litigated cases, and providing strategic legal guidance.
•You will work closely with senior management to develop and implement effective processes, ensuring efficient case management and successful outcomes.
•The firm is looking for qualified solicitors with at least 5 years PQE in housing disrepair
•Management experience is essential
•Proficient in case management software, with excellent IT skills
•Experience in in litigation and a strong billing record
