RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCING PARALEGAL, LONDON/ HYBRID, COMPETITIVE SALARY. A specialist law firm based in the heart of London is looking for a dedicated paralegal to assist 2 fee earners. Known for delivering first class legal services, the firm prides themselves on a collaborative, supportive and high performing environment. JOB REF: 0172

•Provide comprehensive support to two fee earners on all aspects of day to day residential conveyancing work, including opening files, conducting AML checks, drafting and sending letters and documents, and managing lender enquiries and correspondence with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders.

•Assist with progressing transactions by coordinating exchanges and completions, liaising with selling agents to ensure smooth communication, and utilising the Leap operating system to maintain accurate case management.

•The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in new build residential conveyancing.

•You will be organised, efficient, proactive, and detail oriented, with excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced team.
