ABOUT THE ROLE:
This is an exciting opportunity for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor with 1-4 years’ PQE to join the busy conveyancing team in a reputable Legal 500 firm. The expanding team consists of two Partners, a junior fee earner, a post-completion team and administrative support staff.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly, pro-active team, develop your expertise and build a long-term career within a supportive and reputable firm.
You will undertake a high calibre of work across a broad range of residential conveyancing matters including sales and purchases, investment sales and purchases, new build properties, shared ownership sales and purchases, re-mortgaging and equity release lifetime mortgages, and lease extensions.

ABOUT THE CANDIDATE:
The ideal candidate will have:
1-4 years’ PQE in residential conveyancing,
Experience across a broad range of residential conveyancing matters and an appetite to develop their expertise,
The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities,
Excellent communication skills,
Excellent analytical, negotiation and communication skills.
