Job Description
LEGAL SECRETARY/ASSISTANT CONVEYANCING:
You’ll play a crucial role supporting the firms Residential Property department, working collaboratively with experienced professionals to deliver exceptional client service. Duties will include but are not limited to: to produce standard / non-standard / complex documentation with a high level of accuracy under limited supervision, liaise, communicate and co-operate with all departments and fee earners, accurately record and communicate messages both internally and to clients / external third promotion of all services offered by the firm to clients and prospective clients and providing cover to other departments within the business on an as and when required basis. Experience in the legal services area (preferably within the conveyancing field) would be an advantage but is not essential as long as you can demonstrate similar / relevant experience or aptitude.
