Banking & Finance Solicitor, 5+ Years PQE, Birmingham, £75,000 - £90,000 (DOE) – A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Banking & Finance Solicitor looking to secure a new role with a progressive law firm. JOB REF:9657.

THE ROLE:
You will support Partners and lead on transactions involving:
• Real estate finance (development, investment, inward investment)
• Structured and conventional finance (including Islamic finance)
• Housing and project finance
• Corporate lending

You will also contribute to:
• Business development initiatives
• Training and mentoring junior staff
• Client relationship management and strategic growth

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Banking & Finance Solicitors with a minimum of 5 Years PQE with solid real estate finance experience
• You will have strong technical skills and commercial insight
• Confident managing files independently and liaising directly with clients
• An interest in developing junior talent and growing client relationships
• You will have exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
