Employment Solicitor, 6+ Years PQE, Berkshire, £Competitive salary – A new role has arisen for an experienced Employment Solicitor looking for a new challenge in their career. JOB REF: 9648.

• Applications are sought from Employment Solicitors with a minimum of 6 Years PQE looking to join a progressive law firm.
• You will be responsible for a broad range of matters to include employment claims, corporate transactions, workplace disputes, redundancies and settlements.
• You will provide advice to employer clients on a wide range of employment law issues including recruitment, termination, discrimination, contract disputes, unfair dismissal, sickness absence, grievances, redundancies, TUPE, performance concerns and disciplinary proceedings
• The role will also involve business development, providing training and guidance to HR and management on employment law topics, and supervision of junior members of the team.
• Prior experience of managing your own employment tribunal claims and / or providing corporate support is essential.
• You will have exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
