Commercial Property Solicitor, 5+ Years PQE, Surrey, £55,000-£65,000 (DOE) – A new opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join an impressive team in Surrey. JOB REF: 9618.

• This established law firm is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to bolster their property team, offering support to the Head of Department and assisting with the growth of the practice.
• Applications are sought from Commercial Property Solicitors with a minimum of 5 Years PQE gained with another leading law firm.
• You will handle a diverse caseload of commercial property matters, including the acquisition and disposal of freehold and leasehold properties, Landlord & Tenant issues and the purchase and sale of investment properties
• You will have strong attention to detail, excellent written and interpersonal communication skills, and the ability to work effectively within a team are essential.
• You will join a thriving team within a national firm that offers a supportive working environment, with the opportunity for hybrid working available.
