Job Description

REGULATORY SOLICITOR, 1+ YEARS’ EXPERIENCE, LONDON/ HYBRID, £40,000 - £50,000 DOE. •In this role, you will support members with regulatory issues and proceedings, managing a varied caseload and providing accurate legal advice.

•Responsibilities include drafting documents, liaising with parties, and, if desired, representing members at hearings.

•Applications are open to solicitors, barristers, or legal executives with at least 1 year experience, including foreign-qualified professionals with UK experience.

•The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare regulation and a strong understanding of current legal frameworks and relevant authorities.
