OVERVIEW:
•You will handle a broad caseload of commercial sales and purchases, both freehold and leasehold matters, and some residential property work
•The appointed lawyer will have the opportunity to work with a varied client base ranging from SMEs, developers, landlords and investors
•The firm is seeking candidate with a minimum of 2 years’ experience handling both residential and commercial property file
•The capability to prioritise and manage a busy caseload effectively
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and other stakeholders
•You will offer exceptional levels of client care
